Do I need to set up Peppol myself?
Yes, you need your own Peppol Access Point to transmit invoices over the network; PeppolInvoice.ie is not an Access Point. We generate a UBL XML file built to EN 16931 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and a PDF for every invoice — you upload the UBL file to your Access Point (we recommend validating it there), or email the PDF directly.
Can I send invoices without a Peppol Access Point?
Yes — email the generated PDF directly to your recipient. You only need an Access Point for actual Peppol network delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Who can see my invoice and VAT data?
Your data is stored in the EU region of our database provider and shared only with the processors listed in our Privacy Policy (Anthropic, Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, Resend and Vercel), each for a specific purpose.
